How ORB Credit works.

ORB Credit is store credit you can use at ORB. The site may show estimates while you shop, but estimates never issue credit or change a balance. Final credit posts after checkout activity is confirmed.

Purchase rewards1%, 2%, or 3% back by tier

Monthly rewards$5 Silver. $10 Gold.

Credit timingPurchases last 1 year. Monthly lasts 30 days.

Trade-in creditTrade-in credit never expires.

Shipping, tax, gift cards, fees, canceled orders, refunded items, and imported marketplace orders do not earn purchase credit.

Invite a friend.

Share your referral link with friends. When a friend joins a paid tier and the first paid membership clears, you can receive store credit equal to that first month payment. Each paid referral can earn this bonus once, with no cap on referrals.

One-time bonus, paid in credit

Referral credit is one-time per friend, never monthly. The amount matches the first month payment of the tier your friend joins.

Questions.

What is ORB Rewards?

ORB Rewards is the ORB Trading Cards membership program. Members earn store credit on purchases, and paid tiers add monthly store credit plus in-store event savings.

How do I join?

Choose Silver or Gold here to start a paid monthly membership at checkout.

Do event savings apply online?

Event savings apply to in-store events and play nights. They are confirmed at checkout or by the ORB team.

How do paid tiers bill?

Silver and Gold are month to month with no long-term contract. Renewals charge the card on file. Store credit applies to the first payment only.

When does store credit expire?

Purchase rewards expire after 1 year. Monthly rewards expire after 30 days. Trade-in credit never expires.

Can I cancel a paid tier?

Yes. Paid tiers are month to month. Manage or cancel from your ORB account. Credit already issued stays until its normal expiration date.
